Mischief has arranged for tickets for these productions to be supplied through Ingresso. The terms and conditions for the sale of tickets at https://tickets.mischiefcomedy.com are separate and different from the terms and conditions relating to use of other pages of https://mischiefcomedy.com/ and are as follows. SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL PERFORMANCES OF MISCHIEF MOVIE NIGHT & THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG FROM 8th DECEMBER BOOKED THROUGH MISCHIEF TICKETS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE These performances are scheduled to take place under special conditions. Please see below for the conditions which currently apply to these performances. Because circumstances and regulations may change between your purchase and the performance date, the terms and conditions may change. We will always try to inform you if changes affect a performance you have booked for but we also recommend that you visit this site to stay up to date on current conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard terms and conditions (displayed below). SPECIAL CONDITION OF ENTRY To assist with test and trace the venue are introducing an airline-style check-in. Entry to the performance requires completion of the check in process: • 48 hours before your performance you will receive a pre-visit email with a check-in link from Nimax Theatres - Please look out for this email and if you do not receive it 48 hours before you are due to attend the show please contact us at ticketservices@mischiefcomedy.com • You will be required to confirm that members of your party do not have Covid-19 symptoms - if you cannot confirm this you will be unable to attend the show and will be offered an insider card which is the equivalent of an exchange and can be used to purchase tickets for a future Mischief production performance (this must be completed no later than 10am on the morning of your performance, unfortunately we will be unable to change your booking after this time and you will lose the full value of your booking). • Once you have completed the questionnaire and you have confirmed neither yourself or any member of your party have, or are showing any signs of having Covid-19, Nimax Theatres will email you an E-Ticket for admittance. If you have not received your E-Ticket from the venue 24 hours before the performance please contact us on the above email address. • The venue will only accept E-ticket for admittance, please make sure you have your E-ticket ready when you arrive at the theatre • Name and Email address - this will be used to communicate pre-show procedures to you, assist with test and trace and provide E-tickets on completion of check-in. Please make sure you provide us with a correct email address when confirming your booking, and please keep checking your junk mail just in case any correspondence is sent there in error. SPECIAL EXCHANGE FACILITY Because of the special circumstances at the moment, you have some additional flexibility. • If you do not wish to or cannot attend a performance you have booked through Mischief Tickets, you are entitled to a free exchange subject to certain conditions. However, please note there is no entitlement to a refund after purchase unless a performance is cancelled. • We must receive your request for an exchange in writing by email no later than 10am on the day of the performance you have booked for. You do not need to request a specific performance as exchanges are made by allocating you a Mischief Insider Card which stores the value of original booking (including any fees). • Insider Cards are a special way to book with Mischief – they contain the value of your original booking but Insider Card holders may also be given unique opportunities to connect with Mischief. • When we receive your request for an exchange, your original booking will be cancelled and you will not be able to use it to attend that performance or to claim a refund should that performance be cancelled. • We will contact you by email on the next business day after you make the request with information about your Insider Card value and how to redeem it. It may then take a few more days to send you the card details to enable redemption • As soon as you have received the card details from us by email, you can use the value on the card to make a replacement booking when you are ready. The value will be the entire value of your original booking including any booking fees. • Seats and fees at the performance you exchange to may be the same or different to the original performance. If your replacement booking is for a higher total value you will be able to top up the card with a credit card payment at check out. If your replacement booking is for a lower total value, the cash value cannot be refunded to you however it can be put towards a future purchase from Mischief Tickets. Please note that Mischief Tickets only sells tickets for Mischief shows and at the moment we are only able to sell for Mischief West End productions. • You do not have to make your replacement booking immediately, your Insider Card value will stay for eighteen months from the date of issue. • Any value remaining on the Insider Card eighteen months from the date of issue is retained by Mischief Tickets. • There is no entitlement to a refund unless a performance is cancelled. If a performance is cancelled while you hold a valid booking for it, we will refund the original payment card automatically and you do not need to do anything. Refund processing times vary according to the venue and the banks involved in the purchase. • Unless specifically mentioned in these Special Terms and Conditions, the standard Terms and Conditions will apply. If there is any conflict between the Standard and the terms of the Special Exchange Facility, the terms which are more favourable to you, the customer, will apply. PRIVACY POLICY The following policy will govern how any information you provide to us through this website will be used. When you book with us we will ask for your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card details. This allows us to fulfil your ticket request, track your order and contact you regarding your booking. All the information you enter onto our site is encrypted. Encryption is a method of scrambling messages so they cannot be read without decryption keys. Our 128-bit encryption system ensures that your personal and credit details remain secret. No personal information provided by you will be used for marketing purposes unless you agree to the data protection statement when completing a booking. If you agree to the data protection statement marketing information will be sent by Mischief. This information will only be used to send emails that may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails you receive. No personal information provided by you will be shared with any third parties unless you agree to the particular data protection statement when completing a booking. We may share very general information about our customers as a group with advertisers, business partners, sponsors and other third parties. We use this data to customize our service offerings and content based on your needs. This data is not personally identifiable. Credit and debit card details may also be securely held by the company which processes your transaction. This information should be clearly noted in the terms and conditions of the suppliers providing the items in your order. We never save information such as passwords or credit card numbers on cookies. We do, however, require cookies in order to fulfil transactions (we use them to keep track of what is in your shopping basket, for example). If you have cookies turned off, you will not be able to use our transactional service. Our servers store IP addresses for all connections to the service. This information will be used for statistical purposes only. If any of your personal information changes, or you identify a mistake in our records, please contact us and we will update our data immediately.
